Event Description:

In celebration of their 70th anniversary, BBC Radio 3 has curated an extended exploration of today’s musical currents. FLUX’s program will be aired this Saturday, Feb 25, at 5pm EST, and will be accessible for streaming on the BBC Archives for the next 30 days. Alongside works by Conlon Nancarrow, Michael Gordon, and Juliand Anderson is the European premiere of Tom Chiu's RETROCON, a grantee from the CMA Classical Commissioning Program. Also on the program is a tribute to influential musical trailblazer, Pauline Oliveros.
