Women in the Chamber

Last Season, Present Music performed a series of In the Chamberconcerts at interesting and intimate spaces leading to new experiences and unique memories.  We will replicate these can’t-missconcerts with Women in the Chamber. A series of three concerts held at venues new to us and perhaps you as well with one distinct difference – WOMEN!

We'll explore music by today's most exciting woman composers. Present Music has enjoyed performing and recording the work of Elena Kats-Chernin but will now welcome Kaija Saariaho, Zosha di Castri, Eve Beglarian, Liza White, Vivian Fung and Lisa Bielawa into the Present Music family of exciting, cutting-edge composers. January is cold, but these women are hottest contemporary composers around. Hear for yourself at Women in the Chamber.
