Cordova Quartet in Concert

The Cordova Quartet presents its first recital as the Butler School of Music’s Young Professional String Quartet in Residence at The University of Texas at Austin in a free performance, Cordova Quartet in Concert.

The concert features music from three of the greatest composers for the string quartet genre: Haydn, Mendelssohn and Shostakovich. The performance will include historical commentary by the Cordova Quartet as well as the members’ personal perspectives on the music.

The recital takes place in Bates Recital Hall at the Butler School of Music, 2406 Robert Dedman Drive, Austin, TX 78712. No tickets are required.
