Balance Point Sessions- Studio Showing

This Studio Showing is a culmination of the work from two previous Balance Point Sessions (held in October and November 2014). Please join us for wine and light snacks!

Balance Point Sessions bring New York City dancers and musicians of all styles together in a collaborative and creative environment. With no designated soloists or predetermined forms, these sessions provide a truly boundless space for a group of friends and strangers to forge their own artistic & meditative journey through collective improvisation.

Hosted by LottDance and TENTH INTERVENTION, each workshop will deliver a new set of ideas, motives, and restrictions determined collectively by the participating artist to create a fresh and exciting experience. Whether your background is ballet, modern, classical, jazz, rock, experimental, or anything else, we only request that you show up with an open mind, prepared to create something new.
